Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll, benefits, and HR compliance experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and employment laws.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll with accuracy.
• Administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k).
• Support compliance with ACA, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, and multi-state employment regulations.
• Answer employee payroll and benefits questions with professionalism and care.
• Partner with HR, Finance, leaders, and vendors to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records, reporting, and documentation.
