Job summary

Good Place Holdings is seeking a Payroll, Benefits & Compliance Specialist to administer weekly payroll, manage benefits across multiple states, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role supports the People Experience and Finance teams, handling sensitive employee information with confidentiality and precision.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in payroll/benefits administration, experience with ADP Workforce Now, and a detail-oriented, service-minded approach to employee support.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of payroll administration, benefits administration, and HR compliance
• Hands-on experience processing payroll and supporting audits or tax filings
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now highly preferred
• HR or payroll certification is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Administer weekly and semi-monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain payroll data in HRIS including earnings, deductions, and tax information
• Process new hire enrollments and life event changes
• Assist with annual open enrollment and vendor coordination
• Support compliance reporting and audits (ACA, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA)
• Collaborate with People Experience, Finance, leaders, and vendors to improve processes
