Viking Coca-Cola is seeking a Payroll/Accounts Payable Specialist in Saint Cloud, MN. This on-site role supports payroll accuracy, vendor invoicing, and month-end close while offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

You’ll work with Excel, Word, Paycom, and SAP, manage confidential data, respond to employee inquiries, and help keep our fast-paced, customer-focused team running smoothly. A high school diploma and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Experience with Paycom and SAP payroll software preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify payroll data for accuracy (hours, wages, deductions, taxes).
• Maintain payroll records and calculate commissions; respond to employee inquiries.
• Process vendor invoices and manage payment schedules with vendors.
• Assist with month-end closing and related duties as assigned.
