Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of payroll experience with outsourced payroll/HRIS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of gross-to-net, deductions, and tax withholding.
• Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate with internal teams and vendor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Compile and validate employee time, attendance, and pay adjustments each payroll cycle.
• Prepare and submit payroll data files to the outsourced HRIS/payroll vendor on time.
• Serve as liaison with the HRIS outsourcing team, resolving data discrepancies.
• Review vendor-processed payroll output for accuracy before finalization.
• Track termination submissions and update the HRIS system timely.
• Reconcile payroll submissions with internal records and GL.
• Maintain submission schedules and vendor communications documentation.
• Support audits related to payroll data and processing.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce errors and turnaround time.
