All American Home Care LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in the United States. You will manage multi-location payroll, review hours, and handle deductions while supporting month-end closings and AP tasks.

The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency with Google Sheets and payroll software (Viventium/ADP/Paychex/Paycom/QuickBooks) is expected, along with strong communication skills and Spanish

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and basic accounting preferred.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and reconciliations.
• Familiar with payroll software (Viventium/ADP/Paychex/Paycom).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for multiple office locations accurately and on time.
• Review timesheets, verify hours, and resolve discrepancies before deadlines.
• Process overtime, bonuses, vacation pay, and other adjustments.
• Handle payroll corrections, direct deposit issues, garnishments, and deductions.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and coordinate with HR and accounting.
• Process accounts payable transactions and maintain payment records.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and assist month-end/year-end closing.
• Maintain payroll documentation and employee records in internal systems.
• Update payroll data using Viventium, QuickBooks, and Google Sheets.
• Manage changes for new hires, terminations, and verifications while ensuring confidentiality.
