All American Home Care is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist to manage payroll processing for multiple locations and oversee AP tasks. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

You'll review timesheets, handle overtime and deductions, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with HR and accounting to maintain clean records.

Formación

• Experience in payroll processing and accounts payable.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets for data management and reconciliations.
• Experience with payroll systems (Viventium, ADP, Paychex, Paycom or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage payroll processing for multiple office locations, ensuring accurate and timely pay.
• Review timesheets, verify hours, and resolve discrepancies before deadlines.
• Process overtime, bonuses, vacation pay and other adjustments.
• Handle payroll corrections, garnishments, and deductions.
• Process accounts payable transactions and maintain payment records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized payroll documentation and employee records.
• Update payroll information using Viventium, QuickBooks and related systems.
