Qualifications

• Three years of payroll (including time cards) / accounts payable experience.
• ADP familiarity a plus.
• Familiarity with wage verifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll and processing payments for payroll deductions, pay period reports, and W-2s as back-up to Payroll Coordinator.
• Assist Accounts Payable clerk in processing invoices for payment and reconcile vendor payments.
