Job summary

Real Time Consulting (RTC) seeks a Payroll and Accounts Payable Administrator to handle full cycle payroll for 40-60 employees across multiple states and manage AP processing, vendor relations, and benefit-related tasks.

The role includes quarterly tax filings, workers' compensation coordination, and assistance with policy updates. A background in accounting and experience with QuickBooks and evolution payroll software are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
• 7+ years relevant corporate experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a big plus; Evolution Payroll Software is a big plus.
• Intermediate with MS Word, MS Outlook; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration for 40-60 employees across multiple states; processing and auditing.
• Quarterly tax filings reconciliations.
• Coordinate Workers’ Compensation Insurance renewals and audits.
• Full cycle accounts payable: coding, processing, checks, and backup documentation.
• Vendor relations and contract renewals; service contracts.
