• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, human resources, or a related field is often preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical and GL accounting.
• 3-7+ years of payroll experience.
• 5-8 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for resolving payroll questions and explaining issues.

Responsabilidades

• Process multi-state payroll for multiple company codes using ADP Workforce Now.
• Manage federal, state, and local tax compliance.
• File and pay monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax returns.
• Create, review, and distribute invoices using QuickBooks Online.
• Manage cash application, account reconciliation, and maintenance of customer accounts in QuickBooks Online.
• Manage weekly accounts receivables collections.
• Oversee year-end employer W2 preparation and planning.
• Support state tax planning and compliance.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
• Review and validate all new-hire information.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and assist with AP audits.
• Approve monthly employee expense reports in SAP Concur.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve invoice, payment, and vendor issues.

This individual will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient day-to-day accounting processes while partnering with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process multi-state payroll for multiple company codes using ADP Workforce Now

Compensation: $45-50/hr

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
