Anning-Johnson Co. is seeking a Payroll & Accounts Payable Administrator to manage payroll for hourly construction staff and handle vendor invoices in Oregon. This role collaborates with Human Resources and Accounting to ensure accurate, timely processing and reporting.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, maintains confidentiality, and proficient with payroll software, spreadsheets, and HRIS systems. On-site position in Wilsonville area with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in payroll administration, accounts payable, accounting, or a related administrative role.
• Strong computer skills with Excel, Outlook, and accounting/payroll software.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll accurately and on time for hourly construction staff.
• Process vendor invoices and reconcile with purchase orders and receipts.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation for month-end closing.
• Maintain payroll records, deductions, and confidential information.
• Coordinate with HR and Accounting on changes and adjustments.
• Respond to employee/payroll questions and resolve issues.
