The role collaborates with HR, Accounting, and Operations to ensure timely compensation, vendor payments, and accurate financial documentation. Qualifications

• Must have experience in payroll administration or accounts payable.
• Strong computer skills with Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS platforms.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
• Excellent data entry and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process hourly construction employee payroll accurately and on time.
• Review timesheets, hours, overtime, and payroll adjustments.
• Maintain payroll records and confidentiality.
• Handle wage garnishments and deductions as required.
• Process vendor invoices and maintain accounts payable documentation.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and assist with payments.
• Support month-end closing and AP reconciliations.
