Job summary

Visa is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Austin, TX, to support accurate payroll processing for U.S. and Canada populations. The contract role collaborates with HR, Benefits, Finance and vendors to ensure compliant inputs and timely pay.

You will handle audits, payroll data validation, and year-end tasks while contributing to process improvements. A diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting or HR and 2+ years of payroll experience are required, with experience in ADP GlobalView, eTime, and Workday

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years' payroll experience in a 500+ headcount environment with multiple pay frequencies.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with ADP GlobalView, eTime and Workday is required.
• Strong Excel skills for data validation and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit payroll data to ADP GlobalView and eTime for U.S. and Canada.
• Reconcile payroll inputs from timekeeping, benefits, stock, and other sources.
• Conduct pre- and post-payroll audits to ensure pay accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, wage and hour laws and overtime regulations.
• Support tax reconciliations, filings, and distribution of W-2s/T4s.
• Collaborate with HR and vendors to resolve payroll inquiries.
