The successful candidate will handle payroll tax filings, garnishments, and retirement plan reconciliations with strong attention to detail and confidentiality in a health-care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll tax administration, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage payroll balancing, deductions, and retirement plan administration.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers payroll tax processes and compliance activities.
• Reviews payroll tax filings and reconciliations.
• Coordinates and supports quarterly and annual payroll tax filings and related submissions.
• Maintains documentation for payroll filings and audit readiness.
• Administers wage garnishments and other deductions as required.
• Performs retirement plan payroll reconciliations and reporting.
