Qualifications

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital setting preferred.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills; payroll reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and document payroll processes to train the Payroll team.
• Test payroll processes for software updates and calculations.
• Analyze Kronos timekeeping data and contractual obligations for accuracy.
• Validate system configuration changes for accurate payroll outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Support audits and prepare analyses and reports.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support automation efforts.
• Ensure data integrity across HR, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
