Job summary

CRS in Phoenix is seeking a Payroll Analyst to process full cycle bi-weekly payroll through Paycom and support incentive compensation programs for the Sales and Operations teams. This role partners with business leaders to set incentive goals, analyze performance, calculate payouts, and deliver ongoing tracking dashboards to show progress toward goals.

The role includes finalizing incentive payments in Paycom, delivering monthly tracking dashboards, and maintaining documentation for audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in payroll or incentive compensation.
• Experience with Paycom or similar payroll/HRIS platforms preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy when handling compensation data.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with monthly/quarterly deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process full cycle bi-weekly payroll through Paycom and ensure accurate payments.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to establish incentive plan goals and criteria.
• Pull and analyze performance reports to determine payout eligibility.
• Calculate incentive payouts based on plan criteria and performance results.
• Upload final incentive payouts in Paycom within deadlines.
• Prepare monthly tracking metrics and dashboards for stakeholders.
