We are looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst in New Castle, DE. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting a centralized payroll function across a multi-entity organization.

Position Highlights

• Acts as backup for payroll processing during team absences
• Supports reporting and analytics using ADP Workforce Now and Excel
• Assists with quarterly/year-end payroll tax balancing and 401(k) audits
• Ensures payroll compliance (federal, state, and local regulations, including CBAs)
• Participates in improving and documenting payroll processes
• Handles tax agency inquiries and audit support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, HR, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of payroll experience in a multi-entity environment
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and best practices
• ADP Workforce Now experience required
