Job description

Our client is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their Langhorne, PA location. Hybrid work environment (four days in office, one remote.)

Responsibilities

• Processing and issuing paychecks, earnings, and deductions statements
• Calculating deductions, wages, and performing payroll system data entry
• Compiling employee payroll and time data
• Performing time sheet and wage computations to review and reconcile discrepancies
• Processing new employee paperwork and entering information into system
• Completing verifications of pay adjustments, hours worked, attendance and posting into appropriate record
• Recording exceptions, transfers, reconciliations, and other employee information
• Recording entries to general ledgers
• Reconciling payroll tax findings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-15 years of payroll processing experience
• UKG and/or ADP a plus
• Ability to thrive independently as well as on team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical skills
