• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively work in a deadline driven environment serving multiple clients.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct payroll consulting and ensure payroll information accuracy.
• Process payrolls timely, update records, calculate bonuses or severance, and review tax calculations.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish strong client relationships and maintain data confidentiality.
• Provide technical software support to clients and identify out-of-scope work.
• Assist implementation teams and train clients on payroll processes.
• Support ongoing team development and share knowledge with colleagues.
