Job summary

Top Tier Resources is seeking a payroll administrator to join our fast-growing corporate office and run payroll in UKG, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent service for employees.

The role supports weekly and biweekly payrolls across multiple states, with audits, tax reporting, garnishments, and responsive employee inquiries by phone and email.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of payroll experience, UKG proficiency, multi-state payroll exposure, and advanced Excel, Outlook and Word skills.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of payroll experience.
• Proficiency with UKG (formerly UltiPro).
• Experience with a multi-state payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Processing payroll, tax activities and reporting utilizing UKG.
• Working nationally in payroll processing, audit, and reporting activities for weekly and biweekly payrolls for all levels of employees.
• Strong communicator by phone and email answering questions from employees and providing a high quality of customer service and resolves employee issues.
• Familiar with federal and state regulatory requirements offering support in resolving tax, withholding, and garnishments.
• Calculates and sets up garnishments, levies, and family court orders in UKG.
