Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll systems required.
• Strong understanding of payroll taxation, wage and hour laws, and payroll compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule for a multi-state employee population.
• Utilize UKG for payroll processing, timekeeping, reporting, and employee data management.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, wage issues, and employee inquiries.
• Manage payroll-related deductions, garnishments, benefits, taxes, and direct deposits.
• Reconcile payroll reports and support month-end and year-end payroll activities.
• Partner with HR, Benefits, and Accounting teams to ensure payroll accuracy and process improvements.
• Maintain employee confidentiality and uphold data integrity across payroll systems.
