BlueJack Fire Acquisition, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support a high-growth, PE-backed fire and life safety platform. You will administer end-to-end payroll for multiple entities weekly/bi-weekly using ADP, ensuring compliance with all laws and maintaining detailed records.

Ideal candidates have hands-on ADP experience, a meticulous attention to accuracy, and the ability to work independently while driving continuous improvement in payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll for multiple entities.
• Strong background in payroll operations, compliance, and reporting.
• Proficient with ADP payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities on a weekly and bi-weekly basis using ADP.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee data, tax information, and benefit deductions.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee compensation and benefits data.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to internal stakeholders and respond to audit requests.
• Manage year-end processes including W-2s, tax filings, and reconciliations.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner.
• Stay current with changes in payroll regulations and ADP system updates.
• Maintain appropriate controls to prevent fraud and protect confidential data.
