Talentify is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly payroll processing, ensure regulatory compliance, and support leadership with accurate wage data. You will troubleshoot timekeeping issues, maintain payroll records, and generate management reports.

The role requires 3–5 years in payroll or accounting, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with UKG WFM/ADP Lyric and GP Dynamics. Hybrid options and benefits are available in a diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll or accounting.
• Certified Payroll Professional certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs all activities necessary to process weekly payroll.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Analyzes and troubleshoots timekeeping errors and inputs payroll data.
• Maintains payroll procedures and creates reports for management.
• Provides wage verification for Market Support employees.
