Complyance is seeking a payroll professional to manage across UK and US jurisdictions, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. You will bridge Finance and People teams on payroll matters and ensure compliance with tax and pension rules.

Ideal candidates have proven UK/US payroll experience, strong accuracy, and excellent communication. This role offers a dynamic startup environment with growth opportunities and regular team collaboration across borders.

Qualifications

• Proven payroll processing experience across UK and US.
• Strong knowledge of US and UK payroll tax rules.
• Proficient with payroll and accounting software.
• High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Clear, professional communication.
• Qualified accountant (ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule across jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting docs.
