Job summary

Entertainment Consulting International, LLC (ECI) is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Baltimore. The role requires handling confidential payroll data, ensuring accuracy, and meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Excel and experience with Ultipro is preferred. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills and a solid understanding of payroll processes, including garnishments and direct deposits, while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• Intermediate Excel skills; experience with import/export is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws/regulations is a plus.

• Maintain confidential payroll personnel files and payroll information including Direct Deposits, Garnishments and Employment Verifications.

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to add to our team – qualifications include:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a self-starter - Team player who is willing to take on additional tasks to aid in time sensitive deadlines.
• Intermediate skills (or better) in Microsoft products, especially Excel - Experience with import/export (upload processes) a plus
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to apply reason and logic to complex situations - Knowledge of federal and state employment laws/regulations a plus. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must have Basic mathematical skills
• Maintain confidential payroll personnel files and Pay information through Ultipro - Maintain and respond to confidential employee information including Direct Deposits, Garnishments and Employment Verifications to meet deadlines and requirements
