Job summary

Entertainment Consulting International, LLC (ECI) in Baltimore seeks a Payroll Administrator to manage routine payroll processing, ensure accuracy, and maintain confidential records.

You will work with Excel, Ultipro, and import/export processes, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Excel and payroll records.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with payroll import/export is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential payroll files and pay information in Ultipro.
• Process Direct Deposits, Garnishments, and Employment Verifications to meet deadlines.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll reporting and compliance tasks.

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to add to our team – qualifications include:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a self-starter - Team player who is willing to take on additional tasks to aid in time sensitive deadlines.
• Intermediate skills (or better) in Microsoft products, especially Excel - Experience with import/export (upload processes) a plus
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to apply reason and logic to complex situations - Knowledge of federal and state employment laws/regulations a plus. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must have Basic mathematical skills
• Maintain confidential payroll personnel files and Pay information through Ultipro - Maintain and respond to confidential employee information including Direct Deposits, Garnishments and Employment Verifications to meet deadlines and requirements
