We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to serve as a leader within Payroll Services, who will be responsible for delivering payroll and client satisfaction, resulting in best in class service. This role will be a payroll subject matter expert and systems expert, in order to be a go-to for Paymasters and clients. As a team manager, this role will manage the team’s daily workflow, consistently evaluating, monitoring and refining the tasks in order to ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on‑time, per Service Level Agreements. Additionally, as a team manager this role will be responsible for cultivating and motivating employees to achieve their best performance.
The salary range for this position in $95,000 to $110,000 and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
