Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in accounting or payroll is preferred.
• Proven QuickBooks experience is required.
• Experience with W-2 and 1099 payroll, IRS reporting, and financial reporting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process full‑cycle payroll for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors using QuickBooks.
• Prepare and file IRS quarterly and annual tax forms.
• Generate and maintain financial reports for management.
• Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks accounts accurately.
• Organize and update payroll records and employee files.
• Liaise with management and HR on payroll matters.
