Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll using QuickBooks.
• Prepare and file IRS tax forms quarterly and annually.
• Generate financial reports for management.

Skills

QuickBooks proficiency

Bilingual Russian/English

Strong English communication skills

Knowledge of payroll processing for W-2 and 1099

Understanding of IRS reporting requirements

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
