Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Payroll Accountant to support payroll and accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting with a focus on month-end close, accruals, and multi-state payroll processing.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of payroll and accounting experience and a strong proficiency in Excel. Experience with ADP is preferred. This role is based in New Jersey and offers competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll and accounting experience required.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and payroll tax processing.
• General accounting responsibilities include journal entries and month-end close.
• Strong Excel skills for financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Responsabilités

• Process full-cycle payroll and manage multi-state payroll tax activities.
• Handle payroll deductions, adjustments, and weekly payroll reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Input, maintain, and review financial records and expenses.
• Support payroll accounting functions and related reporting.
