Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking a Payroll Accountant to establish and maintain payroll tables and fringe benefit rates in line with union agreements.

You will process monthly fringe reporting, Prevailing Wage reporting, set up new union structures in Oracle, and ensure accurate payroll deductions. Ideal candidates have a 5+ year track record with union employers and a Finance/Accounting degree.

Qualifications

• Accounting, 10-key, and data entry skills are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing monthly fringe benefit reporting, transmittals, and payments to all unions.
• Assist in Prevailing Wage reporting and audits; reconcile fringe accruals.
• Set-up new union job and fringe structures in Oracle and maintain fringe reporting in Access.
• Process Certified Payroll, online and paper copies; coordinate with other departments to re-file as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate fringe benefit transmittals and GL reconciliation.
