Qualifications

• Experience with workers' compensation payroll audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for an assigned portfolio.
• Apply Social Security and Medicare rates accurately.
• Ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies.
• Own the department’s workflow and use project tools.
• Develop templates and checklists for tour payments.
• Coordinate tax IDs and state registrations.
• Audit payroll accounts and prepare data for audits.
• Oversee mail and electronic checks.
