Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing for multiple clients across industries.
• Process weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls.
• Review payroll for accuracy and compliance before processing.
• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and garnishments.
• Coordinate payroll taxes and year-end filings.
• Support onboarding and payroll setup for new employees.
• Identify and implement payroll process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll records.
