Level Group Ltd is a Nashville-based business management firm focused on the music and entertainment industries. We seek a Junior Account Manager for payroll who will own end-to-end processing for a client portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

The role requires experience with workers' comp, CalSavers, payroll taxes, and state registrations, plus strong organization and proactive communication in a service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with workers' compensation payroll audits.
• Hands-on experience managing CalSavers retirement programs.
• Deep understanding of payroll taxes and state registrations.
• Ability to manage client portfolios and communications with state agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients.
• Apply accurate Social Security and Medicare rates to payroll distributions.
• Ensure full compliance and accuracy across all payrolls; resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee new employee payroll enrollment and data integrity.
• Maintain payroll tracking systems using Monday.com and Outlook Calendar.
• Develop payroll templates and schedules for tour payments; validate rates and schedules.
• Coordinate state registrations and tax ID applications; follow up with tax authorities.
• Lead audits for workers' compensation and ensure accurate payroll data.
