The position handles Union and Certified Payroll reporting across multiple states, with a focus on high-volume processing and tight deadlines. Strong Excel proficiency is essential for analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Certified Payroll Specialist experience is required.
• Must have experience managing 100+ active projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to support 200-300 projects per week in a high-volume environment.
• Strong experience with: Certified Payroll, Union Reporting, Multi-State Payroll, Multi-Entity Payroll, Full-Cycle Payroll Processing, High-Volume Payroll Operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle payroll process from start to finish.
• Process and maintain Certified Payroll reporting in compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
• Handle Union Payroll administration and reporting.
• Manage payroll for multiple states and multiple entities.
• Process high-volume payroll with accuracy and deadlines.
• Maintain and audit payroll records for concurrent projects.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze payroll data and reporting.
