Job summary

Equip is a fully virtual company delivering evidence-based eating disorder treatment across the United States. The Clinical Partnerships Representative will drive patient acquisition by building strategic relationships with healthcare and community organizations across a multi-state territory, balancing virtual and in-person meetings.

This remote role requires entrepreneurial drive, strong communication, and ability to travel within the territory (up to 40%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2+ years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building expertise, and professional presence.
• Effective communication, rapport-building, and influence at all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with remote work, high autonomy, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies for maximizing brand reach and provider relationships within a territory.
• Cultivate new relationships and nurture existing ones through video calls, in-person meetings, events, and educational presentations—often collaborating with clinical leaders to ensure impactful engagement.
• Deliver on patient acquisition and admissions goals in collaboration with various departments.
• Manage data, outreach efforts, and reports in a CRM to demonstrate territory performance and inform strategy.
• Effectively plan and execute regional events that drive engagement with the target professional audience.
• Deeply understand the territory’s needs and position Equip as a provider solution.
• Identify inactive providers and create actionable plans to re-engage.
• Collaborate with Referral Coordinators and Admissions to create a stellar referral process.
• Work with marketing, clinical operations, and payor partnerships to penetrate markets.
• Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
