Paymentus is seeking a Customer Service Representative I in Charlotte, NC to handle payments and inquiries from customers for our clients. You will respond to questions, explain procedures, and support a smooth payment experience.

This full-time role requires 40 hours weekly with a rotating schedule. You will work with teams across departments to improve client satisfaction, adapt to changes, and maintain professional communication.

Competenze

• 2-3 years call center experience is preferred.
• Bachelor degree is a plus.
• Strong organizational and goal-setting skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional listening and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Process payments for mutual customers (Inbound and Outbound).
• Explain procedures, answer questions, and provide information professionally.
• Follow call center scripts and processes.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to improve client satisfaction.
• Be available to work on Statutory Holidays and/or as needed by the business.
