Meduit is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers with account questions, payments, and issue resolution onsite in Charlotte, NC. The role involves handling calls, documenting interactions, and following established workflows to ensure quality service.

The position offers 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM shifts, starting 11/2/2026, with $16-$18/hour base pay plus incentives and a $2/hour differential for the 10:00 AM–7:00 PM shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
• Strong computer skills navigating multiple systems.
• Clear and professional communication with customers.
• Reliable with a stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer account balances.
• Explain balances, payments, and options clearly and professionally.
• Set up payment arrangements and process transactions by phone.
• Document interactions accurately while using multiple systems.
• Follow scripts, workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Meet productivity and quality performance goals.
• Assist with available support or financial assistance programs.
