Job summary

TD Securities in New York is seeking a Director, Payments Strategy & Transformation to shape the enterprise payments agenda and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps. Working across TD Bank and partners, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives covering wires, ACH, real-time payments, cross-border services and ISO 20022, delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

An undergraduate degree is required and 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy within payments or adjacent fields.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end payment rails (ACH, SWIFT) and ISO 20022 standards.
Excellent presentation and writing skills for C-suite and Boards.

Responsibilities

Own high-priority payments strategy and transformation engagements.
Translate objectives into target-state capabilities, roadmaps and backlogs.
Establish and govern payment requirements across processing, settlement and reporting.
Ensure compliance with scheme, regulatory and data requirements in payments.
Lead design for real-time, cross-border and mass payments and related data.
Coordinate with leaders across functions to align priorities and drive outcomes.
Prepare materials for executives and Boards and drive decision making.
Coach and develop junior team members and maintain analytical rigor.
