Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end payments technology strategy, investment roadmap, target architecture, and buy/partner decisions.
• Lead modernization of platforms supporting Wire, ACH, SWIFT, ISO 20022, RTP, FedNow, Digital Assets.
• Oversee budget, staffing, and risk/compliance across multiple engineering teams.
• Collaborate with business, product, and operations leaders to translate strategy into delivery.
• Promote cloud-enabled, API-driven, event-driven architectures with strong security.
• Provide technology leadership to ensure resiliency and regulatory compliance.
