Qualifications

• Combined 15+ years of higher education/work experience including 4+ years in engineering/architecture.
• Experience managing large technology programs and 100+ staff.
• Strong knowledge of payments ecosystems (Wire, ACH, SWIFT, ISO 20022, RTP).
• Proficient in cloud technologies, DevSecOps, APIs, and modern architectures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy, investment roadmap, and target architecture for payments tech.
• Lead modernization across payment rails, hubs, cloud adoption.
• Oversee multiple departments, budget, risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive AI-enabled engineering practices to accelerate delivery.
• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into roadmaps.
