Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling.
• Experience supporting transaction execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including preparation of senior-level materials.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate with a high degree of ownership with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities across sources such as SEC filings, FactSet, and PitchBook.

Responsibilities

• Lead / contribute to strategic assessments of priority subsectors, informing investment theses, build/buy/partner decisions, and long-term platform strategy.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging business models, and valuation benchmarks
• Deliver analytical insights to support strategic priorities and business decision-making
• Support end-to-end execution of M&A and investment transactions, including evaluation, structuring, diligence, negotiation support, and closing
• Perform detailed financial analysis, valuation, and modeling (including scenario and sensitivity analysis)
• Coordinate and participate in comprehensive due diligence processes across internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for senior management and internal stakeholders
• Partner with portfolio companies and internal stakeholders to monitor performance, support strategic initiatives, and inform ongoing capital allocation decisions including: quarterly valuation updates and KPI tracking and performance monitoring
