Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or related areas.
• Strong foundation in corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling.
• Experience supporting transaction execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including senior-level materials preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with high ownership and limited supervision.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities across sources such as SEC filings, FactSet, and PitchBook.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to strategic assessments of priority subsectors, informing investment theses and long-term platform strategy.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging business models, and valuation benchmarks.
• Deliver analytical insights to support strategic priorities and decision-making.
• Support end-to-end execution of M&A and investment transactions, including evaluation, structuring, diligence, negotiation support, and closing.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, valuation, and modeling (including scenario and sensitivity analysis).
• Coordinate and participate in comprehensive due diligence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with portfolio companies and internal teams to monitor performance and inform capital allocation decisions.
