Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support ACH, Inclearing, Wire processing, Real Time/FedNow payments for retail and commercial accounts.
• Provide compliance and processing support to front-line staff on payment items and inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve share draft, wire, and ACH issues; assist with regulatory requirements.
• Process return checks, review items for potential fraud, and manage related documentation.
• Post foreign checks/deposits and ensure accurate processing of all items.
