Job summary

Truist seeks a consultative Payments Solutions sales professional to drive revenue with a focus on cash flow management and risk mitigation for a designated client group. You will collaborate with bankers and product partners to identify opportunities and manage a diverse client portfolio.

The role requires strong virtual selling skills, a Bachelor's degree, and 1 year in financial services sales. You will work remotely with a focus on relationship-building and strategic client planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of sales experience in financial services or payments.
• Strong virtual sales capabilities and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial solutions and how businesses operate.
• Excellent time management with a large sales pipeline.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales plan and partner with lines of business to drive client opportunities.
• Build relationships with bankers and product teams to pursue opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of clients with payments needs and working capital concepts.
• Develop relationship plans to identify retention and acquisition opportunities.
• Provide client working capital solutions and reporting as needed.
• Follow policies, escalate risks, and communicate solutions effectively.
• Meet with clients virtually to assess needs and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate fulfillment and refer to product experts as required.
• Resolve complex servicing issues using internal Truist resources.
• Meet revenue and profit growth goals and expected behaviors.
