Job summary

Xendit seeks a technically minded Solutions Engineer to bridge enterprise clients and Xendit’s product/engineering teams. You will partner with Account Executives to drive technical wins across multi-market deployments, guiding clients from discovery through to successful integration.

This presales role requires presenting to CTOs/engineers, designing tailored payment solutions (acquiring, FX, payouts), and delivering demos.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing technical role in payments/fintech/SaaS.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SDKs; able to explain technical concepts to engineers.
• Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and/or payouts.
• Experience working with regional/global enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored payment solutions leveraging Xendit’s product suite (acquiring, FX, payouts, etc.).
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospective clients (CTOs, Heads of Product, Lead Engineers).
• Architect cross-border solutions addressing regional/global and SEA flows; ensure compliance and commercial outcomes.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs/RFIs and prepare integration diagrams and guides.
• Collaborate with legal/compliance for technical/regulatory questions during the sales cycle.
