Job summary

Xendit, a leading payments platform, is seeking a technically minded Solutions Engineer for our United States Go-to-Market team. You will bridge enterprise clients and product/engineering, working with Account Executives to accelerate deals and ensure successful integration.

In this presales advisory role, you will map client needs, architect cross-border payment solutions, and guide clients from discovery through launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing technical role in payments or SaaS.
• Can read code samples and explain technical concepts to engineers.
• Familiar with regional/global enterprise clients and payments ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored payment solutions with acquiring, FX, payouts and remittances.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with CTOs and lead engineers.
• Map infrastructure and integration requirements across borders.
• Deliver product demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and product teams to ensure compliant outcomes.
