Job summary

Xendit Inc. is seeking a technically-minded Solutions Engineer to join our United States Go-to-Market team. You will bridge between enterprise clients and our product/engineering teams, guiding complex payments solutions from discovery through integration and launch.

Responsibilities include pre-sales design, RFP/RFI support, POC guidance, and cross-functional collaboration. Expect travel as needed in a hybrid work model (onsite or remote).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role in payments, fintech, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SDKs; able to explain technical concepts to engineers.
• Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and/or payouts is highly preferred.
• Experience with regional/global enterprise clients is essential.

Responsibilities

• Technical Pre-Sales Solution Design with USA sales team to tailor payment solutions.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs/RFIs and prepare diagrams and integration guides.
• Scope and manage POCs and guide sandbox testing and integration planning.
• Capture client feedback and requirements to inform product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and global Pre-Sales peers to scale solutions.
