Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director, Payments Sales Manager to lead coverage of a diverse portfolio of traditional and alternative asset managers across asset classes, including Private Equity, Private Credit, Hedge Funds and asset management fintech platforms.

You will drive revenue by delivering JPMorgan’s payments and blockchain-enabled capabilities, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with product, banking coverage, client service, operations, risk and legal to

Qualifications

• Strong experience selling cash management products.
• Clear command of competitors' products, strategies and value propositions.
• Proficiency in identifying and capitalizing supplemental sales opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to position and close new business.
• Ability to design, sale and delivery of value-added treasury services.
• Prospecting and contacting key decision makers.
• Understanding of customers' industries and needs to identify solutions.
• Leadership with ability to motivate and provide strategic vision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Solid account planning and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business from clients within the Asset Managers segment.
• Understand clients' goals, environments, strategies, and trends to identify JPMorgan Payments opportunities.
• Manage client visitation and promote sales through frequent meetings.
• Develop in-depth client knowledge and share with coverage teams.
• Collaborate with coverage to expand existing business and generate cross-sell.
• Engage Payments Solutions and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues and solution positioning.
