Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Payments Sales Manager Executive Director to lead the NA Broker Dealers and Market Structure Payments Sales team.

You will drive new and existing business across broker dealers, clearinghouses, and exchanges, building senior-level relationships and delivering end-to-end client coverage and service. You will develop disciplined account plans, advance a strong pipeline, and achieve sales goals by aligning client needs with sophisticated payments solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience selling cash and liquidity management products.
• Strong initiative, ownership, and goal-driven.
• Understanding of credit/risk processes and digital assets.
• Ability to work across internal teams and with global clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for the Payments product suite and treasury services.
• Execute client strategy to meet new business sales objectives and expand revenue.
• Collaborate with product, coverage, and operations to deliver solutions.
• Maintain senior-level client engagement and build strategic relationships.
• Manage end-to-end sales process and client solutions implementation.
• Lead and coordinate client events to promote JPMorgan Chase’s franchise.
