Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Development Manager to lead Link's payments partnerships with card networks, issuers, and local payment methods. You will own strategy and execution, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive technical integrations with partners.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Risk and other teams to shape Link's payments roadmap and ensure seamless integration of partner capabilities into the payments layer for agentic commerce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related field.
• Experience negotiating commercial deals with partners and scaling across multiple partners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Link's payments partnership strategy across card networks, card issuers, and local payment methods.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with payment partners that expand Link's acceptance footprint and performance.
• Develop understanding of the card network and issuer landscape to inform partnership strategy.
• Drive partnerships that enable Link to serve as the payments layer for agentic commerce, establishing rules, liability frameworks, and technical standards for partner-initiated transactions.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to drive creation and execution of partner strategy, and shape the payments product roadmap with Product and Engineering.
